Geneva District 304 Sets Calendar for 2013-14 School Year

School year begins Aug. 21, 2013, and ends May 30, 2014—so long as there are no snow days.

If you're a Geneva parent or student who likes to plan way ahead, you might want to check out the calendar for the 2013-14. A PDF is available on the School District 304 website.

Geneva School Board members voted unanimously Monday (Nov. 26) to approved the calendar with the understanding that it's not written in stone. The School District works with other education agencies, for example the Fox Valley Career Center in Kaneland.

"We always try to coordinate our calendars as best we can," Superintendent Kent Mutchler said. "And there's always the possibility we may have a couple of minor changes in the next couple of months."
