Kane County Connects is a community outreach initiative for Kane County, IL. Its tagline is "Engaged Citizens. Involved Communities. Open Government." and its purpose is just that — to be a useful communications hub for Kane County residents, taxpayers, community groups, public-safety agencies and more.

General Information

Kane County Connects is a community outreach initiative for Kane County, IL. It is funded by a Riverboat Grant, which seeks to improve education, the local economy and the local environment. Kane County Connects has three main communications platforms — KaneCountyConnects.com, a daily email newsletter and social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and YouTube, with plans to add social media platforms in the near future.
