ReplySeems a little, I don't know, testy? Looks like we lucked out in re-electing Mayor Burns.
"Then why do you budget?" Gosh, if you have a family budget but your car requires $2,000 in unanticipated repairs, it would seem that Mr McQuillan would have you borrow a set of rollerblades from a neighbor and use those for transportation?

All well and good, except for the zero traffic getting in and out of RFD, free parking just a few yards from the terminal, and a much simpler and more friendly TSA experience. And the chances of catching a randomly fired bullet - marginally decreased.

ReplyI read Mr McQuillan's website and it appears the campaign is centered around A) he's not Kevin Burns, B) he is not a career politician, C) he's been a realtor in Geneva for 6 years, D) his emails to Mayor Burns are apparently ignored and E) he's not Kevin Burns.
Sounds like a "I'm not George W Bush" campaign, with as much substance as what the country ended up with.

ReplyI had this same issue a couple of years back, which is why I stopped watering my lawn every other day during dry times. The lawn looks like a straw mat now, but I save a few hundred $ in water and the same in sewer.

No guns in courtrooms or on airplanes. There should be no other "gun-free" zones. Any place that is a "gun-free" zone is just telling bad guys that they're safe there. To get a Concealed Carry permit, you should have a background check and pass some sort of a recognized training program, and you should have to re-qualify periodically, much like a drivers license. Any conviction for violence or threats, or order of protection filed against you should cause your status to be reviewed and possibly revoked.
