Hank, why be SO infantile when someone disagrees with your point of view? My name is Jack, I have lived here since 1995, have put 2 daughters into our school system. One is still there! Would you like my birthday also? June of 1958. Graduated from HL Richards in 1976. You are an angry , bitchy human being on almost all points. The sad part is I agree many times with your point of view. My name, address, serial number AND date of birth should have NOTHING to do with our conversation. Still not getting the parallel between you operating machinery and this situation though. Pretty good chance that that machine wasnt worth a half million when you were a local 150 man at 8. Hank or whomever. We can all understand what an adjective is. What does you being on heavy equipment when you were a kid have to with this conversation? No I didnt miss your point at all. As a matter of fact, in principle, I agreed with you. Better reread what you wrote though, because no matter what you meant you wrote "raised a stupid kid". That makes the kid stupid. Does the word "obstinate" mean anything to you?

Leigh, thank goodness for your sanity and well written logic. At my age, I remember all the "bad" things I did, but didnt realize at the time what the consequences were.

Hank, while it is true that my examples are accidents it doesnt make it less "stupid". It seemed to be the point that you were making, that the kids were "stupid". In your eyes, I guess the adults I was citing were less "stupid" for smoking in bed or leaving the stove on. Name calling is never a good idea.

This is boring me. Apparently I am not the only one. That may be why the deaf ears. This sounds like you know more about everything than anyone else. I dont know who is giving you your info though, but you may be better served to check on your facts regarding backfill, floodplains etc. It may be that someone is confusing "wetlands" and "floodplains". They are not the same thing. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Ronnie Woo, it appears to me that what everyone is missing is whether or not what he is doing is illegal. As far as dumping things on his property, you do understand that there is backfill put on virtually all property to bring grade up????? I think the biggest question that all thefolks in the area need to understand is, "what is he doing thats wrong" All the positions posed here are based on what you dont like about the situation, not whats against the rules of this situation. I would also be very interested in knowing what property we are all discussing. Regarding how long the Cunninghams have lived there, it is relevant because, much like living in an area that is rezoned, the rules change based on the rezoning. If this area is zoned to allow farm animals or farming, whats your issue??

Carroll I have read all this info. My last name isnt relevent because I do business in the area and dont need to make any enemies. Nowhere in anything that I have read, unless I missed it ,does it say who was there first. You said they were suing you for using your property. HUH? The floodplain has nothing to do with this discussion. Last time I checked, there is a huge difference between farm animals and wildlife. This is the possible reason why you are getting the pushback on this. Your points are all over the map. First its animals, then a dump site and storage area. It doesnt matter what is always WAS, it only matters what it is OK to be. It seems to be OK to have the sheep and dogs.

What does roofing shingles as backfill have to do with the conversation? Lumber cut offs from the framing was thrown in as backfill also, along with concrete and asphalt and whatever.
