Police Tuesday afternoon identified the driver who died at the scene of a car vs. truck crash west of Elburn. The driver is 78-year-old Lorella Huff, according to the Kane County Sheriff's Office. Huff was driving a 1995 Toyota Camry north on Francis Road. For reasons unknown, she did not stop at the stop sign for Route 38, the Sheriff's Office said.
