One person was taken to a hospital after a car vs. pedestrian collision Friday night on Fabyan Parkway, according to police. The crash occurred on Fabyan at Allen Drive, across from the Holmstad retirement community, according to reader reports. Batavia police and fire were dispatched to the scene at about 6:35 p.m. One patient was transported as code red, signifying urgent medical care was needed, according to initial scanner reports.
