The three people in a traffic stop that caused Geneva schools to lockdown on Monday are already out of custody, according to jail records. Oswego residents Hector J. Rubio, 18, Michael P. Thompson, 20, and Auroran Elle P. Fowler, 18, each posted $150 bond and were released from the Kane County Jail Monday night. The amount was 10 percent of their $1,500 bail. The three accused were booked into the county jail between 4:22 p.m. and 4:37 p.m. Monday, jail records show.
