She was transported to the Kane County Jail. As of Dec. 8, Baum remains at the Kane County Jail on $100,000, 10 percent of which is needed to post bond. Nov. 4: Michael E. ST. CHARLES Nov. 25: Police arrested two people for driving under the influence of alcohol during a two-week enforcement period and traffic safety campaign. Police also issued a warrant arrest, and citations were issued for 37 safety belt violations, seven for speeding, 11 for other violations, as well as 34 warnings for various violations. The safety campaign was done in cooperation with, and funded by, the Illinois Department of Transportation.
