An eyewitness among other evidence leads Glen Ellyn Deputy Police Chief Bill Holmer to believe the fatality was not an accident. The individual is survived by a sibling and parent in the Chicagoland area, said Holmer. The suicide determination comes on the heels of the story about the Sugar Grove man who took his life Tuesday by shooting himself in the head outside the Mill Creek Market.
