Geneva scores the high tax bill award (for equivalent market value homes) once again! Using the last three posts, I'd call that a Hat Trick for Geneva and it's taxing bodies. @ Robert, great point. We only have five houses for sale in my neighborhood. Two of which have already sold within a month of being listed. Now that the housing market has likely hit bottom, I think a lot of people, who have wanted to sell, are starting to list their properties. Lot's of buyers have also been sitting on the sidelines.
