Geneva police made a couple of theft arrests to start the new year, including the unusual cases of a stolen dog cage, Claire's earrings and $150 worth of Captain Morgan rum. All the incidents were in the area of Randall Road. Theft Under $500—Geneva police arrested Allen Schultze, 49, of Sugar Grove and Alan Wolter, 53, of Geneva on a charge of theft under $500 at about 10 a.m. Jan. 10 at a pet business called A New Dog, 2540 Kaneville Court, reports said. According to the complaint in the 16th Circuit Court, Schultze and Wolter took a metal, portable dog cage valued at about $100.
