A PlayStation 3 and and Samsung Galaxy SII were the targets of Geneva thefts reported this week in the Geneva Police Department blotter. Theft Under $500—Someone took a Sony PlayStation PS3, 250GB Slim from Game Stop, 1492 South Randall Road, Geneva, sometime between 10:16 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. April 9, reports said. The game unit was missing from the sales floor. Theft Under $500—Someone took a Samsung Galaxy SII cellphone from Delnor Wellness Center, 296 S. Randall Road, sometime prior to 9:45 p.m. April 1, Geneva police reports said. The cellphone was valued at $300. The cellphone was left in the women’s locker room.

Two cases of pre-Christmas retail thefts were included in this week's collection of Geneva police reports, including the arrest of a 31-year-old Geneva man on charges related to the theft of a Playstation 3. Retail Theft Over $300—Geneva police arrested Aaron Feltgen, 31, of Geneva on charges of retail theft after an incident at around 9:45 p.m. Dec. 22 at Game Stop, 1492-N South Randall Road, reports said. According to the complaint in the 16th Circuit Court, Feltgen took a Sony PlayStation 3 60GB with a value of more than $300. Feltgen has a court date of Jan. 8 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles. Retail Theft Over $300—Someone took 11 pairs of footwear from DSW, 702 Commons Dr., sometime between 6:04 p.m. …
