A credit card taken from a student's missing coin purse was used to purchase gasoline at two Geneva gas stations, Geneva police reports said. A neighbor called a Geneva mom to say she found her daugher's purse at around 8:30 a.m. Feb. 12. The neighbor later told police she had found the purse while she was walking on Glengarry Drive. A cosmology card had been left in the purse, which was how the neighbor knew who it belonged to. The Geneva mom initially thought her daughter had left the purse on top of their car and lost it when they drove off.
