Traffic Alert: Signal Work Coming Jan. 31 at Kirk Road and Division Street
The city of Geneva and the Kane County Division of Transportation are alerting residents of signal work Thursday at Kirk Road and Division Street, weather permitting. Expect delays.
The city of Geneva and the Kane County Division of Transportation say signal work could delay traffic Thursday at Kirk Road and Division Street. The city of Geneva included the message in its newsletter, and KDOT issued a press release on Jan. 25. The signal equipment upgrades should take the better part of a work day to complete and will result in traffic signals being temporarily out of service at the intersection. KDOT says the intersection will be controlled by a four-way stop during the signal work. That's supposed to start at 9 a.m. and be done by 3 p.m. "Motorists should expect long delays at this location and are encouraged to find alternative routes of travel during this time," according to Carl Schoedel, Kane County director of …

Thanks, Rick. You're quite clear in your response to my comment. I scoured the article I commented on, looking for just such an indication that you were going to post other sample ballots later. Since I never noticed the article you reference above, I wrote my comment in frustration. A small comment just before the sample ballot would have solved my problem.
