Nicholas Muniz of Glen Ellyn faces three counts of battery for alleged incidents of inappropriately touching three teenage girls at a St. Charles store.
A man accused of inappropriately touching minor girls at Target stores in St. Charles and Wheaton appeared before a Kane County court Thursday. Nicholas Edward Muniz, of Glen Ellyn, was charged with three counts of battery and three counts of disorderly conduct. On May 13, St. Charles officers took Muniz into custody and charged him with two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct for inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl at Super Target, 3885 E. Main St. On May 15, St. Charles police personnel talked with a new 13-year-old girl, who said she too had been inappropriately touched by Muniz in the St. Charles Target Store. On May 13, St. Charles officers took Nicolas Edward Muniz of Glen Ellyn into custody and charged him with two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct for inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl at Target, 3885 E. Main St. On May 15 St. Charles police personnel talked with a new 13-year-old victim who said she too had been inappropriately touched by Muniz in the St. Charles Target Store.
