Whether you want to sing along or just enjoy, holiday music will be in the air all weekend, Dec. 7-8.
The holiday music in downtown Geneva will be top notch on Dec. 7 and 8. Friday, Dec. 7 St. Pat’s Cornerstone Choir begins at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7. Caroling at the Christmas Walk for more than 10 years, Fox Valley Presbyterian Church choir will delight the crowds at 5:45 p.m. on the Third Street stage. With ages ranging from 10 to 80, their melodic voices welcome Santa Lucia and Santa Claus with appropriately titled songs; Santa Lucia and Here Comes Santa Claus. Dressed in period clothing, The Merry Carolers music includes traditional carols, romantic favorite and jazzy fun songs. Always a treat, hear them from 5:30 – 9 p.m. starting at The Great Tree on the courthouse lawn and strolling through the downtown on Friday. They're back on …

With the help of many ... Santa's home in Geneva is ready for the season!
Santa Claus flew in for the day and joined Lisa Nelson, Carlson’s Floors; Lou George, The Home Depot; Rod Johnson, Geneva Fire Department (GFD) and many other Geneva firefighters in the ribbon cutting of the renovated Santa House. The Geneva Fire Department personnel donated their time (lots of time) to construct a new roof with materials donated by Home Depot. Carlson’s Floors will be putting in new carpeting once the house arrives for his seasonal location on James Street. In addition, Weaver Partners will be installing a handicap accessible entrance. The Santa House will open at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7, following Santa Lucia and her attendants arriving by horse-drawn carriage, the great tree lighting, Graham's Fine Chocolates Candy Cane …

Your family has the opportunity to be the first to greet Santa this Geneva holiday season.
Three lucky individuals (three children or one parent with two children) will join Santa in his horse-drawn carriage, as he arrives in downtown Geneva the evening of Geneva Chamber’s Christmas Walk, December 7. Please submit your sealed bid, with contact information to Geneva Chamber, 8 S. Third St., Geneva. Bid must be received in our office by 4:30 Wednesday, November 14.
