Woman Injured in Wild, One-Car Crash on Keslinger Road

Geneva police arrested Priscilla Smith Brackenridge, 36, of Aurora on charges of reckless driving, disobeying a no-passing zone and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a one-car crash around 10:39 a.m. June 12 in the 3400 block of Keslinger Road about 50 feet east of Peck Road, Geneva police reports said. According to reports, Brackenridge was driving a Dodge Durango “at a high rate of speed” westbound in the eastbound lane of Keslinger Road approaching the intersection with Peck Road. She attempted to pull back into the westbound traffic, then slipped the Durango through an opening in a line of vehicles, lost control of the Durango and struck a curb, causing the Durango to flip onto its roof.
