Possession of Drug Equipment—Geneva police arrested Zachary Duncan, 18, listed as “homeless” on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, for having in his possession one multicolored pipe and one makeshift pipe crafted out of a hollowed-out pen, reports said. A pair of traffic stops in the wee hours of the morning resulted in arrests for cannabis possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to reports collected this week at the Geneva Police Department. Possession of Cannabis, Drug Equipment—Geneva police arrested Jennifer Kraus, 18, on charges of possession of drug equipment and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams at around 1:48 a.m. Feb. 18 in the 500 block of Maple Lane, reports said. Kraus also was given a warning notice for an unlit rear registration lamp.
