Garage Burglary—Someone took sector a Sector 9 longboard and a snowboard from a garage in the 700 block of Maple Lane sometime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Feb. 10, Geneva police reports said. Water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink. Unless, of course, you're looking for it in a cottage at Good Templar Park. This blotter item, which would fall into the category of "different," was one of two burglary reports collected this week from the Geneva Police Department. Burglary—Someone broke into one of the cottages at Good Templar Park and took a case of water sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Aug. 30, Geneva police reports said. Earlier in the year, two other cottages at Good Templar were broken into, according to reports. The damage to the property and the theft of the water was estimated at $200.
