Joan Rivers Set to Bring Her Unique Brand of Humor to St. Charles

The comic, actress and businesswoman will do a live taping of her newest act in March at the Arcada Theatre.

The perennial entertainment icon Joan Rivers will conduct a live taping of her stand-up act in March at the Arcada Theatre.  The award-winning talk show host, actress and renowned comic will bring her act to St. Charles’ downtown theatre for two shows on March 31. 'Take Me Home Tonight' Singer to Play St. Charles

The singer-songwriter Eddie Money is known for his Top 40 hits such as "Two Tickets to Paradise" and "Baby Hold On."

It might not be paradise, but you can still buy two tickets to see Eddie Money play the Arcada Theatre. Tickets for Money's March 3 show start at $29.  The singer-songwriter made it big in the '70s and '80s, earning several Top 40 hits and platinum records. Brian Wilson Returns to St. Charles for Sold-Out Show

Wilson brings his "uncanny" gift of music to his former home.

Playing to a sold-out, standing-room-only crowd at the Arcada Theatre, Brian Wilson showed the audience that he's still got it after all these years.  Most of the audience was decidedly "mature," wearing signature Beach Boys surfer shirts. But once the music started with songs like "California Girls," the place was rockin'. Described as having an "uncanny gift for harmonic invention and complex vocal and instrumental arrangements" on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame website, Wilson is considered by many to be one of the most influential songwriters of our time.  Last week, an email from Onesti Entertainment created the buzz that Paul McCartney, a close friend of Wilson's, might stop by the concert to see his friend.
