<p>The City of Geneva Public Works Department is a full-service institution that oversees everything from snow removal to electric power to yard-waste collection. Its major branches are the Electric Division, Streets Division, Water Division and Engineering. Public Works handles yard-waste services and recycling, oversees construction projects, the mosquito abatement program, brush and leaf pickup, snow and ice removal, solid waste disposal and cemetery maintenance. Located in the facility on South Street, the department is led by Public Works Director Dan Dinges. Pam Broviak is the city engineer and assistant public works director. Mike Buffington is the Electric Department superintendent, Steve LeMaire is superintendent of streets and Bob Van Gyseghem spearheads the Water Division.
