Chevrolet to help local organization raise funds and find homes for rescued dogs.

Serving all of Chicagoland and surrounding areas of the Midwest, the Chicago English Bulldog Rescue, or CEBR for short, has helped nearly 300 English bulldog find new homes and a better life. Recently, CEBR has had a great partnership with Chevrolet and Driving the Midwest to support the overall mission of the Rescue and help the dogs find a home.

To continue their supports, Chevrolet and local Fox Valley dealer Ron Westphal Chevrolet are hosting an adoption meet-up to bring community members togetherto learn about the organization and meet the dogs that are available for adoption.

The Chicago English Bulldog Rescue invites everyone from the surrounding communities to come outto the event and meet members of the CEBR team while visiting with the dogs that will be in attendance.

“Some of these amazing rescues take place right in our own back yard,” said Tracy Wilks, a CEBR volunteer from the Geneva/St. Charles area. “The CEBR has placed several rescued dogs into homes around the Geneva area and works with local shelters and organizations, including the Kane County Animal Control.”

Tracy not only volunteers her time with the Rescue, but has also given her English
Bulldog, Snickers, a new home through the CEBR. She is also one of the main organizers of the adoption meet-up with Chevrolet.
