Lions Club Candy Day Is A'Commin' Oct. 7-8

The Geneva Lions Club has requested permission to hold Geneva Lions Club Candy Days on Oct. 7 and 8.

Lions will be seeking donations in Geneva from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. that Friday and Saturday. For more than 30 years, the Geneva Lions have collect funds for sight and hearing charities and other causes the club is devoted to. This year they wish to have members at the following locations:

• on State Street at Third Street
• on Third Street at James

All Lions members would be on the sidewalk at the above locations and no city services were requested.
