Hear Stories of Ghosts in Geneva

GHC volunteer Donna Lathem offers guided walking tours with haunting tales of Geneva's ghosts.

What better way to celebrate the weekend before Halloween than with a special guided walking tour of haunted Geneva.  Geneva Ghost Walks will take place on Saturday, October 27, at 2, 4, 6, and 8 p.m.  All tours will begin at the Geneva History Center, 113 South Third Street and will take about an hour.

New stories and old legends will bring the darker corners of Geneva to light.  Given the community's penchant for historic preservation, it is no surprise that even Geneva's ghosts are historic.  Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes. The tours will go rain or shine.

Tickets for the Geneva Ghost Walk are $10 for adults and $5 for GHC members and students.  For more information about the Geneva Ghost Walk, call the Geneva History Center at 630-232-4951.  Reservations can be made at www.genevahistorycenter.org.
