Swedish Days 2012: Highlights for Wednesday, June 20

Wednesday truly is SWEDISH Day—with rosemaling, Swedish Cinema, Swedish Children's Choir and the ABBA Salute on the central stage!

It wouldn’t be summer in Geneva without the “Granddaddy of Illinois Festivals,” ’s 63rd Annual presented by Cadence Health continues through June 24.

Highlights of Wednesday, June 20:

  • open all day!
  • Rosemaling show opens at 10 a.m.
  • Creation Station opens 10 a.m. 
  • Fun at the Library Tent opens at 10 a.m.
  • Quad Power Jump opens at 10 a.m.
  • Swedish Cinema ön State (524 W. State St) has PG-13 movie at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Carnival open at 11 a.m.
  • Concerts on the Lawn with Dennis O’Brien at 1 p.m. 
  • Swedish Children’s Choir takes Central Stage at 5:30 p.m.
  • Geneva’s Got Talent Semi-Finalists takes Central Stage at 6:30 p.m.
  • takes Central Stage at 8 p.m.
