Dan Trimble's senior recognition night for Geneva turned out to be one of his best.
Trimble scored 25 points and six rebounds (very unofficially), as the Vikings defeated the North Stars 57-47 at Geneva.
It was a close game throughout, with St. Charles North leading much of the first, second and third quarters. But the Vikings kept coming back, tying the score 15-15 after the first, taking a 27-26 lead at the half and tying 41-41 after three quarters.
