The last time the Blackhawks won a Stanley Cup, Chef Alain Roby commemorated the achievement by creating a life-size, 650-pound all-chocolate Blackhawk.
As the Hawks won a Stanley Cup again in 2013 with Monday night's amazing, come-from-behind victory, the image of Blackhawks Hall of Famer Eddie Olczyk is back at the All Chocolate Kitchen, 33 S. Third St., Geneva.
It's been featured on NBC 5 and CBS and a bunch of other media outlets, and it's not too late to go to ACK and pay homage. The Hawks, of course, face the Bruins at Boston tonight (Monday, June 24, 2013) for a chance to win the series.
