Geneva Sports Roundup: Varsity Softball Team, McCaffrey Pick Up Pair of Wins

Softball team continues to build momentum.

Geneva's varsity softball team reached the 10-win plateau with victories over East Aurora and Larkin on Monday and Tuesday.

The Vikings put East Aurora out of the contest early, scoring ten runs over the first three innings en route to a 14-7 thrashing.

Tuesday against Larkin was a much different story, as Geneva collected just two runs on six hits, but it was enough to come away with a 2-0 victory. Kelly McCaffrey was the winning pitcher for both contests.
