Geneva Football Recognizes 2013 State Farm Players of the Week

Players recognized for the contributions they made include Pace Temple, Daniel Santacaterina, Stephen Kemp, T.J. Miller, Wyatt Shodeen and Joe Boenzi.

Geneva High School’s head football coach Rob Wicinski and local State Farm
agent Bill Nelson recently joined together to congratulate the 2013 State Farm Players of the Week from the school’s varsity football team.

Players recognized for the contributions they made include Pace Temple (Week 1), Daniel Santacaterina (Weeks 5 and 7), Stephen Kemp (Week 3), State Farm Agent Bill Nelson, T.J. Miller (Weeks 4, 6 and 9), Wyatt Shodeen (Week 2) and Joe Boenzi (Week 8).

The State Farm Player of the Week program recognizes players who have made an outstanding contribution to that week’s game and demonstrated the ideals of the Viking football program. The Player of the Week program was made possible by the donation from local State Farm Agent Bill Nelson of
commemorative footballs custom-printed with the date and opponent for each regular season game.

Nelson has been a State Farm agent in St. Charles for more than 16 years. He and his family reside in Geneva.
