This is the third annual Walk for Hope to raise money for Mutual Ground, provding services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Southern Kane County. This is the first walk in Geneva's Fabyan Forest Preserve.
Information about signing up can be found at www.MGwalkforhope.com. And all the fundraising can be done on-line. The 5k walk will follow the river down to Wilson and back. There will be refreshments, entertainment and kids activities.
All services at Mutual Ground are free, but between this tough economy and the crisis in state funding, we need everyone's support.
