Inversions: The Essential Elements

This workshop is designed for those who would like to learn through practice the benefits of inversions. Inversions are a wonderful way to de-stress and find a new perspective. With determination and a courageous heart, we will explore postures that release tension and strengthen the hands, wrists, arms, neck, shoulder-girdle and abdominals. We will work with alignment to ensure a feeling of security and safety. With a stable foundation, we will connect to the mid-line, so we may float up with ease and grace. We will practice asana and pranayama in addition to modified and advanced variations of: Handstand; Feathered Peacock and Headstand. Appropriate for all levels.Learn more and register on www.pranayogacenter.com under the specialty and theraputic tab, workshops.
