Cow Chip Bingo and Autumn Fair Return Sept. 24 to Peck Farm Park

The Geneva Park District Foundation welcomes families from near and far to enjoy a day of fun at the annual Autumn Fair at Peck Farm Park. This event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Peck Farm Park, 4038 Kaneville Road in Geneva.

This free event brought out more than 1,400 people to Peck Farm Park last year. Visitors will enjoy a variety of pony rides, family activities, children’s games, crafts, birds of prey exhibit, musical entertainment, touch-a-truck exhibit and the final opportunity of the season to visit the award-winning Butterfly House.

Visitors will enjoy the popular cow-chip BINGO, a traditional event where a live cow stands on a grid of lines that form BINGO squares. Cow Chip BINGO tickets can be purchased in advance for $5 each at the Geneva Community Center, 710 Western Ave., and at Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center, or during the event.

Chili, brats, hot dogs, pop, water, pie slices and more will be available for purchase.

“This popular event is a great kick off to fall, providing an afternoon of affordable entertainment for all ages,” says Sheavoun Lambillotte, Executive Director of the Geneva Park District and Secretary of the Geneva Park District Foundation.
