Thank You to The Little Traveler for Mom's Special Birthday
Letter to the Editor: "Thank you Pat Bokina and the wonderful staff of The Little Traveler for helping me make my mom's birthday a special one! Geneva is lucky to have you!"
To the Editor:
Too often we find ourselves in retail environments that are understaffed, unorganized and lack genuine respect for the importance of good customer service. Geneva's The Little Traveler is a far contrast from this perception. To say that its staff values their customers is an understatement.
Recently, I was permitted to utilize its various departments as a scavenger hunt for my mother's special birthday. The Little Traveler is her favorite store, and I knew it would be a memorable way to celebrate.
I contacted Pat Bokina who orchestrated the entire activity with me. Various small gifts were purchased weeks before in the several departments ahead of time, and then Bokina notified staff of the scavenger hunt clues and how to help my mother proceed to her next challenge. They also wrapped all the gifts at no additional charge!
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, and it was a day that we'll always cherish.
