Tonight (Sept. 5) Is GHS Back to School Night!

Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, is the annual Geneva High School Back-to-School Night.

The annual PTO-sponsored Back-to-School Night will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at .

Back-to-School Night provides an opportunity for parents to meet your child’s teachers, receive course syllabi and learn about the specific curriculum of each class. Again this year, student schedules will not be mailed home, but parents can use the Home Access Center to print out a copy of your child’s schedule of classes.

The program will begin at 6:45 p.m. in the cafeteria, with representatives from the PTO, various booster clubs, as well as the Geneva Academic Foundation available to answer your questions. If you joined the PTO, student directories will be available for pick-up in the cafeteria. You will report to your student’s first period class at 7 p.m. Parents will then move through their child’s daily schedule for ten-minute periods. Because of the time constraints, specific needs or questions should be addressed to the instructor at a later date with a personal phone call, e-mail or scheduled conference.
