"The faculty and staff of St. Peter Catholic School work tirelessly to provide a rigorous curriculum that educates each child, spiritually, intellectually and emotionally," says Principal Roseann Feldmann. "Our preschool program, which includes a three-year-old class, a four-year-old class, and a pre-kindergarten class, nurtures the inquiring minds of that age group. Our elementary school begins at Kindergarten, where we offer both full day and half day classes.  Our primary grades provide a firm foundation in religion, reading, grammar, writing, math, social studies and science. Our middle school prepares students for high school not only through our core curriculum, but with additional outside challenges, like the opportunity to compete at the Illinois State History and Science Fairs.

"From beginning to end, we believe in encouraging academic excellence, respect for oneself and others, and responsibility for one's actions in a Catholic community," she says.
