Photos of GHS Senior Breakfast 2012

Congratulations and bon appetit to the GHS Class of 2012.

Almost 500 seniors packed into Piper's Banquets on Friday morning to celebrate their four years of high school and pending graduation.

Later in the morning, they'll return to the high school to practice the graduation ceremony that will take place for real on Sunday.

"For real" might be the operative words for the events of the next few days. It is hard to believe the high school ride is ending.

"To achieve all that is possible, we must attempt the impossible. To be as much as we can, we must dream of being more."

Those sentiments, printed on the senior breakfast program, are among many similar statements that the students have heard and will continue to hear in graduation ceremonies and parties in the coming days.

The breakfast program was put together by the seniors themselves and led by the student council officers:

  • Class of 2012 president: Kevin Brouillette
  • Class of 2012 vice president: Maureen Levy
  • Class of 2012 secretary: Sara Finch
  • Class of 2012 treasurer: Jacob Chally

Thanks to the Senior Breakfast 2012 PTO Committee: Suzy Shogren, Debbie Kanarowski, Michelle Caruso, Suzan Nagle and the GHS Student Council Advisors.

Later on, we'll present the "Most Likely To" lists and more photos and video. In the meantime, here are a few pre-breakfast photos to prime the pump. If you took photos during the breakfast or graduation practice, add them here!
