Looking for a Career in Health Care? Check Out Tonight's Career Fair at Delnor

Delnor Hospital is hosting a Health Career Expo from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today today at the Delnor Hospital campus, Geneva.

The expo is a cooperative effort between Delnor Hospital, Geneva Community High School, St. Charles East and North High Schools, Batavia High School, Kaneland High School, Burlington Central High School and the Fox Valley Career Center.

The expo provides an opportunity to discuss career paths with a variety of healthcare professionals. Colleges and universities will also be on hand to discuss health-care educational options.

The fair is designed for high school-aged students as well as adults who may be considering a career change.

"Health care is more than just doctors and nurses. Working alongside these dedicated medical professionals are hundreds of clinical professionals who play critical roles in the delivery of health care. From radiologic technologists and physical therapists to exercise physiologists and social workers, the medical field offers incredible possibilities," a Delnor press release states.
