Come to 'Dodge Breast Cancer' Dodgeball Wednesday at GHS

Geneva Community High School student council will host a Dodgeball Tournament at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, in the Contest Gym to "Dodge Breast Cancer."

Student and faculty teams of six to eight people will pay $5 to play and battle it out in single elimination games with pink dodgeballs. The community is invited to watch from the track above for a $2 entry fee.

Concessions will be available with proceeds donated by the Geneva All Sports Boosters.

Shear Ambition Hair Salon will offer pink hair extensions Tuesday, Oct. 19 in the cafeteria during lunch hours for students and at the event for a $10 donation.

All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society in honor of current GHS faculty members and all members of the GHS community affected by breast cancer.
