The Fire Department report said both vehicles sustained minor damage, but at least one vehicle was towed from the scene. A single squad car remained at 8:06 a.m. and the intersection was fully cleared by 8:12 a.m.

The intersection is a crossing place for school children walking to Harrison Street elementary school, and a crossing guard usually is stationed there. However, the accident did not involve pedestrians, the Geneva Fire Department shift commander said.
