St. Charles East Soccer Represented on Olympic Development Program Regional 2 Roster
Local Soccer Players Selected for ODP Regional 2 Team
The United States Youth Soccer Region 2 Boys Olympic Development Program Roster has been released, and two players from St. Charles are represented.
The Regional and National coaches selected this roster at the Regional camp held in Rockford, Illinois, this past summer. At this camp, the top players from each of the 14 Midwestern States competed for selection to this team. The 18 player roster contained only two players from Illinois. These players are: TC HULL (Campton United Soccer Club, St. Charles, IL) and MIKE NOVOTNY (Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club, Geneva, IL) both play for local soccer clubs and for St. Charles East High School.
Both TC and MIKE will represent the Region in an Interregional Tournament and College Showcase in Birmingham, Alabama, this December.
