Mayor Burns Will Lead Informal Tribute to 9/11 at 4 PM Friday at City Hall

Geneva takes part in nationwide tribute to those who lost their lives with laying of the wreath Friday at City Hall.

Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns will lead an informal tribute with a laying of a wreath in front of at 4 p.m. in remembrance of those lost and injured in the tragedy of Sept. 11, 2001.

"Please join us as we honor the lives that were taken on that dreadful day 10 years ago in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania," the mayor's office announced in an e-mail at around 10 a.m. this morning.
