Will the truth ever come out of the investigation and prosecution of Chuck West? None of this has ever come out in the mainstream news, yet it is all backed up with government records. http://countyleaks.blogspot.com/2011/06/meanwhiledown-in-kane-county.html
Holy Moly!!! July 07, 2012 at 02:25 PM
So, an educated man, who spent his life working in professions to better society and serve the public, is accused of making a couple of errors in judgment, becomes VERY ILL, and DIES....and we are discussing this publicly only days after his death and very close to his funeral. This is very poor timing, and it's a shame that this was published while family and friends are going through the grieving process.

Holy Moly, What is shameful is that certain people conspired to get rid of Chuck West, which needlessly tormented him the past three years. It is time for the truth to finally come out.

I am on your side Holy Moly.......while we may never know the truth behind the allegations against West, the comment CountyLeaks makes is tasteless. The man just died, let his family grieve first.

lablover, This article discusses Chuck West's indictment and legal problems, so I'm responding to the substance. If you have an issue with the content of the article, you should address your concerns to the Patch. Further, my blog piece is in support of Mr. West and the truth.
