Early Voting Begins for March Primary!

The early voting period for the March 20 primary election runs through March 15 in Kane County.

We all know the old saying, “Vote early, vote often.” Well, you still can’t do the latter, but starting today (Monday, Feb. 27), you can vote early for the March 20 primary election.

Early voting begins this morning in Kane County, and runs through March 15. Early voting has become an increasingly popular choice for folks with busy lives, who may not be able to get to the polls on Election Day

Kane County voters in our neck of the woods voters can head to the  719 S Batavia Ave, Building B, Geneva. That’s not the only early voting spot in the Tri-Cities. Here is a list of other Kane County options, which include:

  • , 100 N. Island Ave., Batavia
  • City of St. Charles, 2 E. Main St., St. Charles
  • Kane County Branch Court, 530 S Randall Road, St. Charles

, 700 W. Fabyan Pkwy, Batavia, hosts early voting from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays, March 4 and March 11.

There's also a VoteMobile parked at Jewel Osco sites throughout the area.

A photo ID is required for early voting. Voters in the primary election can choose a Republican ballot, a Democratic ballot, or a non-partisan ballot that includes only the referenda.
