Woman in Black Jaguar Arrested for Possession of 'M360' and 'West-Ward 785'

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Geneva police arrested Maria Suto, 21, of Elburn on two count of possession of a controlled substance and driving while license is suspended or revoked around 12:59 a.m. Feb. 26 in the 0-99 block of South Bennett Street, reports said.

According to the synopsis sheet, an officer saw a black Jaguar XJ8 driving east in the 1300 block of West State Street that did not have a rear registration light. The officer ran the registration through the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System and discovered that the owner’s license had been suspended, and the officer made a traffic stop in the 0-99 block of South Bennett Street.

Suto was taken into custody, and the officer asked if she needed anything from the vehicle, and Suto asked for her purse and cell phone.

In the outer pocket of the purse, officers found two white pills, one with a M360 stamp and another with a West-Ward 785 stamp. The pill stamped M360 was identified as a combination of acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate. The West-Ward 785 pill was aspirin, butalbital and caffeine. Both pills are classified as a Schedule 3 substance.

Suto was issued a warning notice for no registration light. She was taken to the Kane County Jail. Her court date does not appear on the reports.

M360, or cetaminophen/hydrocodone, is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; cough; rheumatoid arthritis and belongs to the drug class narcotic analgesic combinations. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. The drug has a currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States. Abuse of the drug may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence. 

West-ward 785 has been identified as aspirin, butalbital and caffeine and is used in the treatment of migraine; pain; headache and belongs to the drug class analgesic combinations. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. Abuse of the drug may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence.
