Woman Arrested After August Celebrity Bash Now Faces DUI, Pot Charges
Alexis Gault, who was cited for public drunkenness Aug. 25 along with Jenny McCarthy's sister and three other celebrities, is charged Nov. 7 with possession of a marijuana grinder, DUI, speeding and cannabis possession.
A 32-year-old woman previously identified as a server at EvenFlow Music & Spirits when she was cited along with a handful of celebrities after Jenny McCarthy's Dancing With the Stars benefit in August now faces charges of driving under the influence and marijuana possession.
According to Geneva police reports, Alexis Gault, 32, of St. Charles was arrested on charges of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams around 1:56 a.m. Nov. 7 in the 400 block of West State Street.
Complaints in the 16th Circuit Court said Gault “knowingly possessed” a pipe and cannabis grinder, “an item of drug paraphernalia, with the intent to use that grinder in preparing cannabis for consumption.”
