White Toilet Seat Set on Fire in Bedford Lane Driveway
Geneva Police Reports: Someone moves a toilet to a residential driveway, then sets debris on fire inside it.
The category of this blotter item is "disorderly conduct," and, yes, that's a pretty good way to describe it.
The just keep on comin' in Geneva, where early-morning incidents are becoming part of the summer experience.
In the latest, someone left a toilet in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Bedford lane, then set fire to debris in the toilet bowl sometime between midnight and 5:30 a.m. June 23, Geneva police reports said.

Police reported to the scene at 7:38 a.m. June 23, at which time the officer observed a white ceramic toilet in the driveway about 25 feet from the residence.
The homeowner told police that she did see a toilet outside of a residence off of Williamsburg on June 22, apparently awaiting garbage-day pickup. After officers canvassed the neighborhood, a neighbor told police he had seen the toilet in the driveway at around 4:15 a.m. as he was heading to work.
