Wheaton Man Charged With Fleeing, Eluding Geneva Police

Geneva police arrested Durand Parish, 41, of Wheaton on charges of operating a vehicle with an expired registration, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, fleeing and eluding police, passing the crossing line of a no-passing zone and improper use of registration around 1:37 a.m. July 14 in the 1800 block of East State Street, reports said.
Parish has a court date of Aug. 20 at Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
According to Suburban Life Newspapers, Durand Parish, 41, of Wheaton was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful display or alteration of a registration sticker at 2:16 a.m. July 14 at 1495 County Farm Road.
