Watch Out for 'Stuff-Inside-the-Purse' Snatching
Police reports: In two cases this week inside local business establishments, someone pilfered items from inside the victim's purse.
It's a good idea to keep a close eye on your purses.
Two thefts from this week's collection of reports are examples of a type of theft we're noticing a little more often these days. The thief doesn't take the purse, but he or she does reach in and take stuff from the purse.
In one case, it was cash and credit cards, in the other, it was an iPhone. Here are the blotter items.
