Traffic Stop Results in Arrest for Drug Paraphernalia

A routine traffic stop resulted in the arrest o a St. Charles woman for possesion of drug paraphernalia, according to Geneva police reports.
Geneva police arrested Iliana Cuellar, 36, of St. Charles on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license at around 8:04 a.m. Sept. 7 after a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Bricher Road, reports said. She had a court date of Oct. 16 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
