Traffic Stop Leads to Arrests for Marijuana Possession
Geneva police stop a car on West State Street and two passengers are arrested for possessing marijuana, reports say.
Police arrested Michael Ferguson, 37, of Geneva on charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 2000 block of West State Street around 10:04 p.m. Feb. 18, reports said.
Also arrested was Candy S. Fenske, 39, of Geneva for possession of more than 2.5 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, namely a metal smoking pipe, and Brett T. Cummings, 39, of Batavia for possession of 6 grams of marijuana, reports said.
